The project follows the ethical principles inspired by equality among all living beings who have for equality, the universal right to life. First of all the rights to life and well-being, the latter understood as the sum of the principles shared and guaranteed in the daily lives of everyone. It is priority to ensure a healthful life style allowing each individual to evolve according to his own needs.

 

Water and the free access to it are placed as basis of the wellbeing, ensuring its healthiness according to the principles that are found on health, school and education. These elements are strongly related to the essential natural right to clean water for everybody and together they lead to a civil society.
